The free service offers you a professional and personal arrangement of hotel rooms and private accommodation in the city and the region. Please feel free to ask for our "Messe Selected Hotels", which guarantee fair conditions for long-term planning, even during peak periods.
Selected Hotel Program
What is the Messe Selected Hotel program and why is it worth booking such a hotel?
As a host city for international trade shows, Hannover has long enjoyed an excellent reputation. In an effort to build upon that reputation, Deutsche Messe and DEHOGA Region Hannover e.V. have partnered to formulate criteria by which hotels can receive the "Messe Selected Hotels" seal of approval in recognition of their commitment to fair pricing, guest-friendly terms and conditions, and quality accommodations.
The criteria of the "Messe Selected Hotels" brand enable exhibitors and visitors to plan with certainty, provide professional service and offer balanced packages even when demand for hotel rooms is high.
Exhibitors are advised to either book their rooms either directly with the hotels involved or else via the official Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH agency.
Hotels found to meet the criteria and who pledge to uphold them for a contractual period of 3 years are permitted to proudly display and promote themselves with the "Messe Selected Hotels" seal of approval.
Alternatives to Hotel Accommodation
Private Rooms and Apartements
Apartments or rooms in private homes are a good and inexpensive alternative. Our exclusive partners at Hannover Marketing & Tourism have a wide range of attractive accommodations, available throughout the metropolitan area and inspected and approved by HTMG personnel beforehand.

Reservation Campground
Deutsche Messe's campground is a cost-effective alternative for your overnight stays. The campground is open to exhibitors and visitors and is iand is located in a quiet area with nearby shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition grounds. It is located across hall 13 (entrance area West) in the South of the exhibition grounds on the corner of Kronsbergstrasse and Karlsruher Strasse and is right across the street from the exhibition grounds. Sanitary facilities as shower, washing and toilet facilities are available.
Motorhomes and caravans must be brought by yourself. Daily fee depending on the length of your caravan/mobile home: per pitch/overnight stay 27,- to 37,- EUR plus water/electricity flat rate.
Motorhome rental
At the GfV you will find the contact details of a number of mobile home rental companies from the greater Hanover area who regularly set up the rented mobile homes directly on the trade fair's own "Kronsberg" caravan site on behalf of their customers.
Messe Camp
Our partner My Molo runs the Hannover Messe Camp on the caravan site in the south of the exhibition centre, just a 5-minute walk from the exhibition entrance.
Here you stay in camping lodges (8m², two single beds) with electricity, heating and WiFi. You have access to toilets and showers, reception with kiosk and a lounge area. You can park your car in the official event parking lots at the applicable parking fees.
