The reduced-price day ticket is valid for children aged 6–17, school pupils, apprentices and students aged 18 and over, senior citizens aged 65 and over, people with a disability card, those undertaking Federal Voluntary Service / military service / Voluntary Social or Ecological Year, the unemployed, and recipients of social security benefits.
Proof of eligibility must be provided on site.

FAQs for Online Ticket Purchasing
You can purchase show tickets, which include admission to the PASSION PFERD trade fair, from ticketmaster .
Day tickets entitle the holder to a single visit to the PASSION PFERD.
As a buyer, you will need your own email address to create a user account. Once you have a user account, you can access your tickets at any time and use it for future purchases.
You can only pay by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or PayPal.
Tickets at the box office price can only be purchased in cash or by debit card at the box office.
Once you have made your purchase, you can download your tickets as a PDF file or save them as a wallet in a compatible app on your smartphone.
The invoice will be sent as a PDF file to the email address provided during the ordering process. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
No, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. However, you may transfer your ticket to a third party.

No, the exhibition ticket is not valid as a ticket for local public transport.
If an accompanying person is listed on the severely disabled person’s card, please email your request for a free ticket to ticket-team@messe.de.
In the event of an exchange or a complaint, you can purchase a voucher for a €20 deposit at the box office upon presentation of the item and the receipt.
The deposit will be refunded at the box office within 45 minutes of purchase upon presentation of the voucher.
