Hannover - Exhibitors, trade visitors and organisers alike were satisfied: with its diverse range of products and services, exciting live shows and comprehensive specialist programme, PASSION PFERD once again provided important impetus for the equestrian industry this year. The positive response underlines the growing importance of the trade fair and its firm place in the event calendar.
PASSION PFERD was thus able to continue its successful development and once again assert its role as a central meeting place for horse lovers, trade visitors and industry representatives.
Over four days, PASSION PFERD offered a wide range of products and services related to equestrian sports, horse husbandry, breeding, training and horse-related topics. Over 470 exhibitors presented their products and services and used the trade fair as an opportunity for direct exchange with an expert audience. The consistently high visitor numbers throughout the trade fair underlined the continuing interest in the format.
This year, for the first time, theme days were implemented, which focused on specific topics and offered individual target groups better orientation. The thematic grouping complemented the existing trade fair concept and was well received by visitors and exhibitors alike.
Another new addition to the programme was the special show ‘Horse.Future.Stable. – powered by Schauer’. It was dedicated to sustainable stable concepts and modern solutions for horse businesses and offered a compact overview of current technical and structural developments.
Klaudia Kohl, Head of Public Exhibitions at Deutsche Messe, adds: ‘PASSION PFERD is a platform that inspires with its thematic diversity, innovations and the palpable harmony between humans and animals, and is impressively shaping the future of the equine industry.’
The results from the independent market research institute Gelszus in Dortmund were also positive. Overall visitor satisfaction was 87 per cent, with almost 90 per cent of them purchasing or ordering something and spending an average of 374 euros.
The next PASSION PFERD will take place from 3 to 6 December 2026.
